Shipping and Returns
General Shipping Information
We ship orders via US Postal Service. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Federal holidays when there is no mail pickup available). During busy periods, orders may take a bit longer. Please allow 2-6 business days of transit time. Insurance is available by request for all orders valued at $200 or more; additional charges may apply.
At this time we are not set up for International orders via our website, but please feel free to give us a call to order. We will charge actual shipping costs.
Old Town Quilt Shop cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen subsequent to delivery. If mail theft may be an issue in your area, please request in the comments section that your package be shipped with Signature Confirmation; additional charges may apply.

Our goal is for you to have a perfect shopping experience. If we make a mistake with your order, please let us know so that we can make things right. Contact us within 14 days of placing your order and we'll arrange for a refund, exchange, or adjustment. Please do not return products without first contacting us for return authorization.
Once fabric has been cut from the bolt, it is not returnable unless the mistake was ours. Fabric returned as a result of our error must be unwashed and in like-new condition.
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items we will replace them. Please call so we can arrange for shipping and replacement.
