We host Retreats!

Private Retreats/Private Sit and Sew Groups

The Clubhouse can be rented for private retreats and sit-and-sews. Groups of up to 20 are welcome.

The cost for 2024 private retreats is $135.00 per day and allows you unlimited access to the sewing room and kitchen area.  You will receive a key and be responsible for opening and closing the room at the times you select.  $50 Cleaning fee (not included in the price of room rental) will be charged as well for ALL private retreats. This fee covers cleaning and disinfecting the classroom, kitchen and bathroom areas.
2025 prices - Private retreats are $140/day, $50 cleaning

A Retreat is receiving a key to the classroom and having access to it when the shop is not open.  For example, reserving the room for Saturday and Sunday would be charged the Retreat price both days. If the shop is not open on the day you are sewing and you receive a key, you will be charged the Retreat price, plus cleaning fee.

A Sit and Sew is only from the hours of 10am-4pm, on days when the shop is open.  Sit and Sew cost is $12 per person.   For a Sit and Sew, you must take your machine home with you at the end of the day. 

Classroom Facilities:        
                       
                        6 ft table and chair for each person (up to 20)
                        2 ironing stations and irons in room
                        2 cutting tables, one with 4 rotary cutting mats and one with one mat in room
                        2 design walls in room
                        Refrigerator with freezer
                        Microwave
                        Coffee maker (Keurig)
                        Water cooler (hot and cold)
                        Tables and chairs in eating area
                        Restroom

• 3 days of "sew-cializing" and getting to know others! Work on your own projects, and get inspiration from what others are working on.
• Pre-packaged snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
